When Jagan Reddy led YSRCP assumed power in 2019, it was predicted by the political analysts that it would be the end card for the TDP forever. On one hand, TDP encountered disaster results in general polls, winning just 23 MLA seats. On the other hand, YCP won the election battle with 151 MLA seats, which is phenomenal. Jagan Reddy was treated a hero by all sections.
However, within no time, the CM showed true colours. The government has done nothing in terms of development except pressing the button to transfer money to many unneedy sections. No industries are investing money in the AP state nor new roads have been laid in the state. And there is a complete chaos for the government employees who are not receiving salaries and PF amounts regularly. Also, the YCP government is trying to trigger quarrels among the people of various castes, as manifested by the political critics.
"At this juncture, there is a dire need to give the permanent end card to the Jagan Reddy government to ensure sadistic government is abolished," says a political analyst.
Incidentally, TDP and Pawan Kalyan led Janasena may ally for 2024 general elections on the basis of CM and MLA seat sharing. It is further said that both the political parties have determined to eradicate YSRCP permanently from the AP state which means Jagan Reddy will no more be the CM in 2029 or for any other general elections, for trhe people's welfare.
