Manchu Lakshmi senses RGV Cheating

Nothing is going on positive lines for Ramgopal Varma’s latest flick ‘Department.’ While Kiran Kumar Koneru, close friend and producer/co-producer of nearly four of RGV films filed case with Western India Film Producers Association on non-payment of dues and not even offering him the credentials of co-producer of ‘Department’ although invested Rs.3.5 Crores on the project. However, RGV has sold the project to Viacom 18 without the consent of Koneru’s Shreya Productions. 

On the other side, RGV treating Nathalia Kaur as the only attention pulling face of ‘Department’ isn’t welcomed by two other artists Anjana Sukhani and Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna. As per a report, Manchu Lakshmi sensed the cheating of RGV and said ‘It is not fair to give preference to one over the other. I am a little concerned but I have seen ‘Department’ promos and unfortunately they are not what I was promised. I have even cut my remuneration for the sake of film.’
