MAA Elections: Manchu Vishnu stuns Prakash Raj

Finally, the suspense for the bitterly fought Maa Elections ended. According to the latest Manchu Vishnu defeated Prakash Raj to become the president of MAA. He won with more than 400 votes majority to leave Prakash Raj shellshocked. Tensions flared in the runup to the elections and continued throughout the polling process. Record number of voting was witnessed today and the counting also gave tense moments for both the panelists with leads changing from one party to another.
Manchu Vishnu panel led initially and later Prakash Raj's panel started taking the lead in most of the positions. However, Manchu Vishnu had the last laugh when he defeated Prakash Raj for the post of MAA president. From the Manchu Vishnu Panel, Madala Ravi, Raghu Babu, Siva Balaji, Gautam Raju won as the Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer and Joint Secretary. From Prakash Raj's panel Uttej, Bannerjee, Srikanth won as Joint Secretary, Vice President and Executive Vice President.
Gowtham Raju from Manchu Vishnu Panel won as joint secretary, whiamong ECs. le Srikanth from Prakash Raj panel defeated Babu Mohan to become Executive Vice President. Raghu Babu won with 7 votes against Jeevitha Rajasekhar. Siva Balaji won with 32 votes against Nagineedu.
From Manchu Vishnu'spanel ten members as ECs. They are Manik, Harinath, Boppana, Siva, Jayawani, Sashank,Poojitha, Pasunuri, Srinivas, Srilakshmi. From Prakash Raj panel 8 members became ECs. They are Kaushik, Siva Reddy,Suresh Kondeti, Anchor Anasuya. Manchu Vishnu is helped by huge cross voting
