Why Mahesh Babu, Why Not Bunny For Acharya?

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya under Koratala Siva’s direction is one of the most awaited films because of various reasons. Both Chiru and Koratala are in good form and superstar Mahesh Babu is in talks to play a brief role in the film. Though the news is confirmed officially, Mahesh Babu was reportedly approached for the role of student leader.

Initially, a special role was penned for mega power star Ram, Charan who is co-producing the film in association with Niranjan Reddy. However, due to his busy schedules with RRR, Charan couldn’t do the role. Koratala approached Mahesh Babu for the role. He is said to have changed the character from a naxalite to a student leader and also increased length of the role.

Even so, mega fans wonder why the makers are considering Mahesh Babu for the role and why not stylish star Allu Arjun who of course will not charge anything and will happily accept to share screen space with Chiranjeevi. Some opine that Power Star Pawan Kalyan would be best option. But, due to his prior commitments, he can’t do the film and moreover he’s doing films for money.

Thus, considering all these factors, Bunny would be a right choice. Then, why the makers are particular about Mahesh Babu. It’s actually Koratala Siva who’s close to Mahesh Babu wants Maharshi star for the special role. Chiru is also giving full freedom to the director in terms of casting and other.
