Balakrishna's Satakarni Gets 100% Tax Exemption

It is a known news that Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's historical entertainer 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' was exempted from entertainment tax by both the Telugu states. Initially, 75% of the tax was exempted for the film. Having received an appeal from the film's team, the AP cabinet made amendments to the previous G.O. issued and 100% tax exemption was given to the film.

As he being the close relative of Balayya, the CM Chandrababu Naidu left the meet when the 100% tax exemption decision was being taken by the ministers. After the meet, when the minister Palle Raghunadha Reddy was quizzed if anyone had opposed the decision, the minister shockingly replied, "How dare we to go against the will of Nandamuri family? No one has that  courage."

"But then, why Harikrshna and Young Tiger NTR have been disregarded by the TDP brass," a question might have triggered in the minds of journos. Perhaps, the minster should have changed his statement as, "How dare we to go against Balakrishna?"
