Producer Yedida Nageswara Rao Is No More

Legendary producer Yedida Nageswara Rao passed away on Sunday evening, October 4, 2015. He had been suffering from kidney related and other multiple health disorders for the past few months. He reportedly joined Star hospital two weeks ago, after he had suffered with food poisoning. He was born on 24 April 1934.

Having launched Poornodaya Movie Creations, Yedida Nageswara Rao produced many classics in the combo of legendary director K Viswanadh such as, 'Sirisirimuvva','Shankarabharanam', 'Sagarasangamam', 'Swathi Muthyam', 'Swayamkrushi', 'Aapadhbandhavudu' etc. 'Seethakokachiluka', 'Sitara', 'Tayaramma Bangarayya' are other master pieces of the great producer. 

Many of his films won him national and Nandi awards and some of the films of his were screened in Moscow Film festival. Cinejosh is deeply saddened with the demise of the legendary producer. We pray his soul rest in peace.
