Eminent Singer Ramakrishna Is No More

One of the renowned singers of Tollywood of all time, V Ramakrishna breathed his last at around 6 am on July 16, 2015 at his residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He was survived by wife Jyothi Khanna, a signer of Doordarshan and a son and a daughter. Ramakrishna's son Sai Kiran made his debut as an actor with a blockbuster film 'Nuvve Kaavali'. 

Ramakrishna has sung 5000 songs in various South Indian languages. He became a noteworthy personality for singing many devotional songs. He made his debut as a singer with 'Vichitra Bandham' movie's 'Vayase Oka Poolathota' song. The movie was released in 1972. From then on Ramakrishna transpired as one of the top rated singers of Tollywood. 

Ramakrishna was born on August 20, 1947. Top singer P Susheela is the sister of Ramakrishna's mother Some of the price worthy songs sung by Ramakrishna are 'Edho edho annadhee'( Muthyala Muggu), 'Anubandham aathmeeyatha'( Thatha Manavadu), 'Shiva Shiva Shankara'( Bhaktha Kannappa), 'Telugu veera levaraa'( Alluri Seetharama Raju) and many more. 'Ninne Pelladutha' was his last movie as a singer. Cinejosh is saddened with the demise of this great singer. We pray for his soul to rest in peace.
