Political atmosphere in the state is heating up with Congress leaders meeting Governor ESL Narasimhan, cabinet colleagues meeting with two ministers who under fire while TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu meeting President Pranab Mukherjee and submitting a memorandum.
PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana and his predecessor D Srinivas had met the Governor ESL Narasimhan at the Raj Bhavan.
It was D Srinivas who first met the Governor. He told waiting media that it was a courtesy call but did not reveal any further details. “There is no political significance to the meeting,’ he said.
Immediately after he left, Botsa Satyanarayana called on the Governor.
The PCC chief refused to speak to the media.
There is heavy speculation that the cabinet reshuffle will take place soon and the tainted ministers will either resign of will be dropped.
While ministers and MLAs are moving in droves, TDP delegation is in Delhi to meet the President Pranab Mukherjee and submit a memorandum.
