Describing YSR as "Yama" and "Saindhava", KTR said that the Telangana dream could not be realised.

The TRS leader also slammed YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy for openly opposing the Telangana State in the Parliament. He said people of the region could never forget that Jagan displayed a placard in the House opposing Telangana.

KTR said that the party's "Suryapet Samarabheri", to be held on Sunday, would ask people to finish Congress in the region to achieve the statehood for the region. He said that the Congress party has repeatedly cheated the Telangana people and therefore, the statehood for the region could not be achieved unless the ruling party was completely wiped out.
