Katrina after customer exposes her  makeupline. Katrina Kaif has responded to a fan's enthusiastic review of her beauty brand, Kay Beauty's, liquid eyeliner, after a video of the woman's experience went viral.

The Bengaluru-based customer, caught in a sudden downpour, shared her surprise and delight at the eyeliner's smudge-proof performance. She humorously described her experience, highlighting how the eyeliner remained intact despite being drenched in the rain, while her foundation and lipstick were smudged.

"Let me say this first that this video is an ad but I have not been paid for it," she said in the video, emphasizing her genuine enthusiasm. "I am so surprised and shocked by this product that I had to stop and make this video in the middle of the rain. ... The anger of Lord Indra has fallen on me... but look at my face! Can you see my eyes? My eyeliner is not smudged at all!"

Katrina re-shared the video on her Instagram Stories, expressing her delight at the customer's positive feedback. "So happy that you are 'bhauchakki, achambit and prabhawit (surprised, shocked and inspired)' by our Kay Beauty liquid eyeliner..." she wrote, adding, "Life can be unpredictable but your eye liner shouldn't be."
