Rajamouli's RRR is the most awaited and anticipated project across the country. This is because the film happens to be Rajamouli's first after the sensation he created with his magnum opus Baahubali. The film is racing for a spectacular release on January 7,2022. He is ensuring that there will not be any competition for RRR and already high profile Bollywood project Gangubhai Kathiawadi directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali shifted its release date from January 6th to February 18th.

Now only competition for RRR is in form of Prabhas' Radhe Shyam which is releasing on January 14 and Pawan Kalyan's Bheemla Nayak which is releasing on January 12. Inside talk is Rajamouli is planning to meet Pawan Kalyan and request him to postpone his film to a later date so that there will not be any competition for RRR. Already rumors have it that the makers of Bheemla Nayak are planning to postpone the film's release to January 26th or February 25.

Rajamouli is also intensifying his efforts to convince Prabhas and the makers of Radhe Shyam to postpone the film's release from January 12. Till now it did not bear fruit but Rajamouli is confident of convincing even Prabhas.
