Sai Dharam Tej who met with a bike accident on Vinayaka Chaviti underwent treatment in Apollo Hospitals for more than a month and got discharged only during Dasara. Chiranjeevi termed it as a rebirth about his nephew Sai Dharam Tej. From then on speculation is on about Sai Dharam Tej's health condition. A few days back Harish Shankar revealed that Sai Dharam Tej is recovering quickly and is raring to go. However, rumors spread that Sai Dharam Tej suffered bruises over his face and so he did not share the snap of his face.

This worried all the fans. In the meantime, it is coming out that Sai Dharam Tej is recovering quickly and he is undergoing physiotherapy and speech therapy as he is yet to recover from the shock. As he is not meeting many people, he is speaking slowly and searching for words. He lost a lot of weight as the patient diet affected him completely.
