Then Master, Now Acharya

It is a known news that Megastar Chiranjeevi, himself, confirmed the titled of his upcoming film as 'Acharya' during the pre release event of O Pitta Katha. Reports have already emerged that Chiranjeevi's name in the film is confirmed as Govinda Acharya. And this could be the reason why Acharya title was confirmed for the film.

But then, Acharya sounds the Telugu meaning of English word 'Master'. 'Master' was a 1997 blockbuster of Megastar. Interestingly, Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming film was also titled Master. 

In Acharya, Chiranjeevi has a powerful backdrop. Likewise, Megastar's Master also has a powerful backdrop. All in all, Acharya is hoped to be a blockbuster like Master. 

Trisha is likely to play female lead. Manisharma is composing tunes.Koratala Siva is directing the film under Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments. August 14 is the scheduled date of film's release.
