Claims of producers that their films broke all existing records at the box office are shocking all. This had been the trend in the industry and sankranti season 2020 witnessed a spurt in such claims. The makers of both Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramloo and Mahesh Babu's Sarileru Neekevvaru went on claiming that they created non Baahubali records and their films grossed over Rs 200, Rs 220 crs.

What is shocking is they went on with their claims blatantly though everyone knew that their claims regarding collections are fake. Few diehard fans however blindly believed them and started war on social media. Frankly speaking irrespective of the collections claims, only few are in know about the real collections and they are the producers.

Allu Aravind and Radhakrishna are aware of Ala Vaikunthapurramloo's real collections and so is Anil Sunkara and Dil Raju of Sarileru Neekevvaru. Earlier pressures from Buyers and Distributors forced producers to come with fake collections. But now distributors themselves are changing the collections and so even those who are tracking the collections of films at the box office are getting fake collections.

So people and even trade experts are breaking their heads with regards to the real collections. Many feel it is quite difficult to break the fake collections factories that are increasing in the film industry.
