AK 47 Crosses 75 Crore In Its First Weekend

Venkatesh and Trivikram's Aadarsha Kutumbam has completed its first weekend at the box office with mixed results. Despite the big combination and decent expectations, the film has fall short of expected opening numbers. However, its collections have shown improvement with each passing day, offering hope for the makers.

Aadarsha Kutumbam collected ₹75 crore gross worldwide in its opening weekend. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana contributed over ₹50 crore, while Karnataka added ₹8 crore and the rest of India brought in ₹2 crore. The total Indian gross stands at approximately ₹60 crore, with overseas contributing another ₹15 crore.

The biggest positive for the film is its day wise growth in domestic markets, with Day 3 collections higher than Day 2 and Day 2 better than Day 1. This upward trend suggests that the film is finding some support among family audiences. However, the opening weekend total is still below expectations, especially considering the Venkatesh - Trivikram combination.

Aadarsha Kutumbam reportedly needs around ₹125 crore worldwide gross to reach its break even target. With ₹75 crore collected so far, and needs another ₹50 crore. The weekday performance will be crucial, as Ramayana arrives on November 5 and Suriya's Scene releases on November 6, increasing the competition during the Diwali season.
