Ramayana Advance Booking Heading Towards 50 Crore Mark

Much anticipated Ramayana is showing strong interest ahead of its theatrical release. The epic has reportedly collected crossed ₹45 crore through worldwide opening day advance bookings. India has contributed nearly ₹23 crore, while overseas markets have added another ₹22 crore, giving the film an impressive start before release.
North America is leading the overseas advance booking numbers, with audiences showing strong interest in the big budget Indian epic. In India, Maharashtra and Karnataka are currently driving ticket sales. Yash playing Ravana is also expected to attract audiences in Karnataka, while the Hindi version is seeing encouraging demand.
However, the response in South Indian markets is yet to reach the expected level. The coming days will be important for the film's advance sales. Another major factor is the decision on previous day Indian premiere shows, which could further improve bookings if the makers open special screenings before the November 5 release.
The big target for Ramayana is crossing ₹100 crore in worldwide pre sales, a benchmark reportedly achieved by Dhurandhar 2. The film still has time to improve its numbers, and positive early reactions could help its final advance sales. All eyes are now on whether this Ranbir Kapoor and Yash starrer can create a historic opening.
