Can Officer Overcome Mega Attack?

King Nagarjuna's career is not as rosy as it used to be couple of years back. Nag was on a high with hits like Soggade Chinni Naayana and Oopiri. However from then on, he faced reverses as his devotional entertainer Om Namo Venkatesaya and horror flick Raju Gari Gadi 2 bombed at the box office. 

Then Nag teamed with maverick director Ram Gopal Varma for an out and out action thriller Officer much to the surprise of his die hard fans. He hoped to recreate the magic of blockbuster Shiva but to his disappointment , both the teasers failed to make an impact. Buzz is the film is not doing any business.

Under these circumstances, Ram Gopal Varma entered into Sri Reddy's casting couch controversy and when he himself confessed that it was he behind Sri Reddy used an obscene word abusing Power Star Pawan Kalyan, all the hell broke loose. 

Now the negativity and hatred on Ram Gopal Varma is spreading to Nagarjuna also and people got shocked the way Officer second teaser was trolled. Mega fans, especially Power Star fans threatened how the film will release in the theatres. 

Till these days, Mega fans used to support Nagarjuna due to his friendship with Chiranjeevi. However after the Sri Reddy's controversy involving Pawan Kalyan and RGV's association with it, Mega fans are not sparing Nag too and with RGV himself producing the film, attack will be ferocious on Officer right from the release day.
