In spite of disaster talk, Mega Power Star Ram Charan' 'Bruce Lee' managed to enter Rs.40 crores club successfully. The movie has done a pre biz of Rs.55 crores. Considering the trade calculations of pre biz and post release collections, the movie is rated as a 'flop by the trade sources but not a huge disaster as being desperately claimed and cried by some of the anti fans in social media showing lot of hypocrisy. ' If a movie is rated as a disaster, it should suffer with more than 50% losses. But then, 'Bruce Lee' incurred just around 20% losses except in Overseas wherein the movie got a disaster result," says a trade source.
Incidentally, Mahesh's recent disaster films have put into discussion. " Mahesh's '1-Nenokkadine' was made with a budget of Rs.60+ crores and was sold out to Rs.72 crores. Similarly 'Aagadu has also done around Rs.60 crores pre release business. However, both the movies collected Rs.29.19 crores and Rs.34.05 respectively at the end of their run. As both the films incurred more than 50% of losses they are called the real disasters," says the trade analyst.
