Truly Krish spoke a meaningful point in his latest arrived ‘Kanche.’ There are invisible fences made a part of our daily lives and only when we come across them and pay attention, we are sure to find the reality blend Krish maintained in his film. People are divided on nationality, religion, caste, economic status and why not regions and language too.
If domination politics between a group of European and Asian countries led to World War 2, the same at micro level is blended in ‘Kanche’ with a beautiful love story. Although extra ordinary writing from Sai Madhav Burra covered the direction lapses in Krish, finally ‘Kanche’ winning the applause from target section of audience is a reflection of changing Telugu movie lover and his mindset.
‘Madras was firstly divided into two different regions. Very recently, we have also gone through Andhra Pradesh division leading to formation of new Telangana state. There are divisions at macro level with World War 2 and at micro level, I saw mirror images in many such divisions,’ Krish stroked a master philosophical chord synthesizing his story, screenplay with Telangana issue.
