Disappointment with 'Legend' Satellite Rights?

Some days ago, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Legend' movie's rights were bargained by MAA TV and Gemini TV for around Rs.7.5 crores. However, the makers have demanded Rs.8.5 crores. Thereafter, no news of 'Legend's satellite rights was heard. 

Grapevine is likely to be sold out around Rs.4.5 crores. But why this drastic fall of the satellite price of the movie? The decision of Union Information and Broadcasting Department is said to be responsible for this change in satellite rights price of the movie. Since the I & B department issued orders to restrict the ads for 12 minutes per an hour, the prices of satellite rights have come down. On the other hand, the movie has done good pre release business everywhere. The movie's release date has been confirmed by the makers.
