Perhaps, we might not remember the name of the ship, 'Titanic' unless, the movie, Titanic was made. Is there any supernatural element associated with the sinking of the greatest ship ever, the Titanic? According to observers the answer is 'yes'. Following incidents might give you a clarity on this argument.
* On 14th April, exactly 100 years ago, Titanic, ran into an ice berg with great force. The 'unsinkable' ship sank in the icy Atlantic. Among the 2208 people on board, 1503 drowned and
only 705 were rescued.
* In 1898 a journalist, Margan Robertson, published a novel called 'Futility'. It was about an unsinkable ship sailing on her first voyage, full of rich passengers, it struck an ice berg and
sank killing many of those on board. The name of the ship was, 'TITAN'.
* Six years before 'Futility' was published, W.T.Stead, a well-known reporter, wrote a short story which also amazingly foreshadowed the sinking of the Titanic.Surprisingly, Stead was
one of the 1503 who died when the great ship sank.
* 23 years after the Titanic was sunk, a young sailor called William Reeves was travelling in a ship. Suddenly, he remembered the date, 14th April. It was his birthday. It was also the
date that the Tatanic sank. Unable to stop himself he shouted a warning, and the ship came to a halt a few metres away from a huge ice berg that loomed high above the ship.
The ship's name was 'Titanian'.
