He showed the transformation of the cop from a rookie to an efficient one in an able way. However the director failed with his lazy manner of story telling. There are many scenes that looked artificial and staged and looked awkward on the screen.He spent most of the time, showing the admiration of the subordinates to the protagonist and all these looked unnecessary and irrelevant. At times, the scenes and the screenplay looked clumsy and convenient insulting the intelligence of the viewers. There are also many illogical scenes and this impacted the final output. The director failed to execute the decent story with the screenplay and direction.The behavior of the protagonist in various scenes looked silly and this impacted the basic investigation and the whole idea. For &nbsp;90% of the film, it assumes routine flavors except for one shocking twist and the emotions revolving around it. The entire first half is loaded with hero killing time with his friends and the romantic track after he gets attracted to a beautiful girl. Everything looks routine except for the interval twist. No one can guess the interval twist and the director should be complimented for it.While the first half had predictable scenes of hero and his gang and also his romantic track and the fights with the rival gang, the second half scenes are full of family emotions and sentiment. The pre climax and climax elevates the film to new heights. overall Sreekanth Sangisetty managed to engage gen z viewers with couple of twists.The dialogues are good and the Telangana accent appeal to youth. The scenes featuring friends, father-mother sentiment etc are somewhat dragged. Sreekanth Sangisetty's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be decent.Vamsi Patchipulusu's cinematography added value to the narration and the storyline. Eswar chand's couple of songs are youthful and are shot well and background score is good. However he used Sita Ramam background score for the interval bang and it worked out well. Hrishikesh Pasapal's editing is just ok. There are many scenes that dragged the proceedings with routine elements. Chidambaram starts the narration in an interesting manner at a steady pace, taking viewers into the story introducing various characters. He surprises viewers with the twists and turns that they cannot expect, as many of the scenes look natural and realistic. The interval block, climax and few more scenes and the twists involved in it turns out to be the highlight and writers should be commended for their innovation.However, though the movie runs at a steady pace, the extremely slow narration ends up testing the patience of the viewers. Many of the simple scenes are repeated and dragged unnecessarily. Dialogues are natural and realistic. Sushin Shyam's music is impactful and he elevated the scenes with his background music. The cinematography of Shyju Khalid showed the scenes in a natural and realistic manner. Right from the start till the finish the narration, screenplay turns out to be uni dimensional. His thought process remained outdated and out of sync with the current generation. He still followed the same hero elevations, three songs, six fights, item song and cheap comedy scenes.With in five minutes into the story, viewers will be treated the same monotonous scenes that test their patience to the core. It increases with the passage of time and reaches its peak in the second half. The interval comes as a break from this torture. The story lacks basic emotions and everything looks artificial.Everyone passes through the motions and the director's cheap taste is revealed when he showed the rape scene in detail even though it was shown initially. There are many such scenes and that include the CM candidate directing her aides to molest her to gain sympathy. Finally viewers heave a sigh of relief when the film comes to an end.Vijay Mukthavarapu's didn't get much scope to showcase his talent. This is because the story offered nothing new and as the scenes assume monotonous flavour, had Vijay applied his editing scissors, there wouldn't have been any film.The cinematography of Karthik Sujatha Saikumar is ok and the background score by Kalyan Nayak followed the predictable template. The romantic song tuned looked that of the 80s flavour. The confusion generated entertains with hilarious acts in the first three episodes.The fourth episode takes it to new level with the entertainment and hilarious content. The unraveling of the twists attracts all but from the fifth episode the entertainment takes back seat with thought provoking scenes and few message-oriented dialogues. The final episode ends on an emotional note. At times the fun scenes did not generate the desired result as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the film. Compared to the first two seasons, there is more entertainment content in this and so viewers can enjoy. However, some dialogues crossed the line and this makes viewers uneasy.Sriram Madduri's music is decent and the background music added value to the narration. The runup to the interval block that includes the flashback turns out to be the biggest drawback. With the passage of time, the first half turns underwhelming as emotions fail to connect with Samantha's current and past happenings.From then on, the second half revolves around how the protagonist achieves success overcome all the obstacles. The complete second half turns out to be predictable and lacks the real twists and turns. None of the scenes excites, and even the actors seem to have passed through the motions.The so-called twist, similar to a hit film, didn't offer anything new. But few scenes enthrall viewers, turning the film into a decent one.Santosh Narayanan's music is attractive. He used Muthyala Muggu song in an entertaining way. The second half starts in the similar manner and just when viewers are left to wonder, where the film is heading, the introduction of Vijay Antony turned out tobe the added advantage.He with his screen presence took the film to another level. The screenplay also turned racy and after the predictable pre climax, the climax turned out to be different. Sasi tried to send message to the society about the plight of the widowed women and how the society and especially in the villages view them and what sufferings they undergo silently. The measures taken by the RBI and the opposition faced by the governor during the meetings and the pressures from the government and the coalition politics is highlighted in an interesting way with the tight screenplay. The first half ends with the challenges of the governor becoming bigger and the second half shows how the RBI staff and top officials as a team join hands to convince the government against all odds to take strong decisions and maintain secrecy so that the people's trust will not be broken down or shattered. However the serious tone and lack of commercial elements may put off the viewers. But it is a very good film for Gen Z and others to know about the happenings in the past and how the people mattered strove hard to save the country going against all odds. The film is expected to get good response when it streams on OTT. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2.75 for Governor.

The story though routine gets creative with the songs.While this increases the curiosity levels, the overdoing of this ends up testing the patience of the viewers. Viewers are left to wonder when this ends.The music for the film is tuned by Devi Sri Prasad. It is difficult to score music with day to day words but he did full justice and lived upto the task. His background music is in sync with the storyline. The Cinematography of Ankur C is good. He showed the village in an apt manner. The entire first half is loaded with mass elements, but the runup to the interval and interval bang though predictable, excites all setting the tone for the second half.All the cricket matches though shot impressively lacked the wow factor except for the presence of Ram Charan. There are many actors in the film and they just appear and go in an insignificant manner. The moment Janhvi is introduced, it brings down the intensity and pace of the narration impacting the overall output.The second half also starts in the similar manner but the emotions that appear drives the story forward. In the process of elevating the emotions, the pace dipped drastically. A little finetuning of the script and doing away with unnecessary and illogical scenes, Peddi would have got more firepower. Sobhan did full justice to all the departments he handled.Pradeep Maddali highlighted how people of Godavari districts take rooster fights as a prestige issue and how few anti social elements take advantage of the gambling. He ensured that the narration doesnot turn into completely serious tone but told in a entertaining manner.The webseries has six episodes and the first episode starts with the introduction of lead actors and the missing of the rooster. The nnarration takes entertaining route with the investigation. All the investigation, scene recreation and others have been written in a funny manner.However, some scenes got repeated and this slowed the pace of the narration, diluting the tempo. Some scenes looked forced and some are not brought to the logical conclusion. One gets a feeling that there could have been few thrillinng scenes while revealing the antagonist. While the first two episodes are hilarious and is narrated at a fast pace, the third episode slows the proceedings.Fourth episode turns the story interesting before the &nbsp;runup to the climax.The music of Saket Komanduri is pleasant ad appealing. The backstory and Trikala generates interest at the start but right after that he ends up confusing with non linear screenplay.The first half has been dragged to the core and the slow pace impacted the output. Though some clarity comes in the second half, it turns out to be routine with psychpath kind of elevations and monotonous scenes. The film lacked the natural feel and everything looks artificial in the end.Pavan Chenna's cinematography is ok. Harshavardhan Rameshwar's music also fall in the same zone. Song on mother is ok. Director Mani Tellaguti himself handled the editing and it turned out to be a huge let down. He should have done away with many unnecessary scenes.
