Vijay GOAT Earned 200 Crores Already

Making big budgeted films with stars has both advantages and risk. But, when the star is delivering consistent successes at the boxoffice. Setting a right combination and building proper hype right from its announcement is enought to pocket profits even before the release of the film. The same is happening with Thalapathy Vijay's 'The Greatest Of All Time' makers, AGS Entertainment. 

While there are still more than three months left for Thalapathy Vijay's film 'The Greatest of All Time' to release, but it has already made a good revenue. It is being said that this film is the last film of Vijay before joining politics. Due to this there is a huge anticipation about the film. Meanwhile, makers struck an OTT deal of the film with Netflix for a staggering Rs 125 Crores.

But, that's not it. ZEE network has bagged the satellite rights of 'GOAT' for all languages for Rs 90 Crores. These two agreements itself brought Ra 225 Crores revenue for 'GOAT' for the makers. Makers are already in the profit zone as the remuneration for Vijay will be profit sharing from theatrical rights which is yet to be done. 

The Greatest of All Time is Thalapathy Vijay's 68th film, directed by venkat Prabhu. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music. Meenakshi Chaudhary is playing as female lead while Vijay will be seen in a dual role in the film. Veteran actresses Meena, Simran and Laila also playing key roles in the film. GOAT is slated to hit the screens on 5th September this year.
