Kareena teaming with Rohit Shetty. Kareena Kapoor has finally confirmed her next film with director Rohit Shetty on Instagram. Kareena currently stationed in Hyderabad for her shoot, took to Instagram last Saturday to share an intriguing glimpse from the set, tagging the director for emphasis. Ranveer Singh also chimed in with his thoughts on her post.

In her Instagram post, Kareena shared a behind-the-scenes picture from her upcoming film. The image captured her standing amidst a road, with a car dramatically upturned in the air. Given Rohit Shetty's reputation for action-packed sequences involving cars, Kareena playfully put an end to the suspense surrounding her next project in her caption: "Do I need to say who I am shooting for? P.S-He is one of my most favorite directors.. This is my fourth film with him…and of course not the last...(red heart, rainbow, and fire emoticons) Ready Steady Go…@itsrohitshetty"

Kareena has previously collaborated with Rohit Shetty in films like Golmaal 3 (2010) and Singham Returns (2014). Interestingly, it was also revealed that Rohit had initially intended to cast Kareena opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Chennai Express (2013), but due to scheduling conflicts, she had to decline the offer, leading to Deepika Padukone taking on the role.

Ranveer Singh joined the conversation with a comment, "(red heart emoticons) this is my fourth film with him too! And my first with YOU!" Ranveer has previously worked with Rohit Shetty in three films, including Simmba (2018), Sooryavanshi (2021), and Cirkus (2022).

On Friday morning, Kareena had also shared a selfie while en route to the airport, captioning it, “En route to Ramoji film city face… iykyk… ok bye.” While Kareena's collaboration with Rohit Shetty for his next, presumably Singham 3, has been confirmed, details about her role in the project have yet to be revealed.

Kareena's latest appearance was in the Netflix thriller "Jaane Jaan," which was released last month. The film, an adaptation of Higashino Keigo's bestselling 2005 novel "The Devotion of Suspect X," also featured Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. Kareena has Hansal Mehta's next project and "The Crew" in her upcoming film roster.
