Salaar release date to trigger box office clash. Prabhas' highly anticipated film, Salaar, was initially scheduled for release on September 28 but faced delays due to technical issues. Now, reports suggest that the movie might hit theaters on Christmas, coinciding with Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh recently provided a major update on Prabhas' Salaar via Instagram. He revealed that the clash between SRK and Prabhas is indeed happening this Christmas. Taran Adarsh stated, "Yes, it's true... SRK vs. Prabhas, 'Dunki' vs. 'Salaar' this Christmas."He went on to mention that exhibitors have received information that Salaar is set to arrive on December 22, 2023. 

An official announcement by the producers, Hombale Films, is expected on September 29, 2023. Interestingly, this marks the second time Hombale Films is clashing with SRK, the first being in 2018 when Zero clashed with KGF's first part.In 2018, Shah Rukh Khan's Zero clashed with Yash's KGF, both produced by Hombale Films. 

While KGF emerged as a huge hit, SRK's film, co-starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, didn't perform as well at the box office.Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki marks his first collaboration with Rajkumar Hirani and also features Taapsee Pannu. There were previous reports of Dunki's postponement, but during a successful meeting of Jawan, SRK confirmed that the movie will indeed be released on Christmas.

Prabhas' Salaar is directed by Prashanth Neel and stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and others in key roles. The official announcement of the new release date is eagerly awaited by fans, as they anticipate this highly-awaited film.
