Sneha To Pair With Vijay In Thalapathy 68

Thalapathy Vijay who is gearing up to release his next, LEO directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj in October has already started working for his next, Thalapathy 68. Venkat Prabhu is directing this film while AGS Entertainments who earlier produced Bigil / Whistle with Vijay are backing this project.

Vijay is said to be playing dual role in the film as father and son. Priyanka Mohan has been confirmed as pair for son's role. Now, senior heroine Sneha has been almost finalized for father's role. Earlier Jyotika was considered for that role. But, she is not taking up acting roles at the moment. Then team tried for Simran. It was also not happened. 

Finally, makers zeroed on Sneha as pair for elder Vijay's role. It is said to be the film is about father - son's clash with Vijay playing the role of CBI officer. Vijay, Sneha are pairing together for this film after 20 years. Their last film was Vaseegara which was a remake of Telugu blockbuster Nuvvu Naaku Nachhav.

Yuvan Shankar Raja is providing the music for Thalapathy 68. The film is currently in final stages of pre-production. Recently Vijay went to Los Angeles for his look test.
