The health of former deputy chief minister Koneru Ranga Rao deteriorated on Monday. He wasadmitted to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills on Sunday as it was diagnosed that he was suffering from acute Pulmonary pneumonia.
Senior Congress leader Koneru Ranga Rao who is in his 70s developed breathing problem one month ago and was being treated at a corporate hospital in Vijayawada. When his condition seemed to be deteriorating, he was shifted to Hyderabad on Friday for further treatment. At the Apollo Hospital here, the doctors put him on ventilator. According to the medical bulletin he is still not yet out of danger.
