Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatraya on Friday claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party has a clear stand on the issue of bifurcation of High Court.
Speaking to media persons in New Delhi, Dattatraya said that the Centre would take a decision on the issue soon. He said the process of bifurcation of several departments was delayed due to lack of proper guidelines and division of High Court was one among them. However, he said that the Centre would resolve the issue at the earliest.
Dattatraya also condemned the behaviour of Congress and other opposition parties in the Parliament. He said instead of allowing the House to function, the Congress party has been stalling the proceedings to defame the NDA Government. He said that the Congress party did not learn any lesson taught by the people in last elections.
