TRS has a secret pact with Ysr Congress for the ensuing by-elections and have ganged up though the latter did not make its stand on Telangana clear.

YSRC leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy announcing that his party will not field any candidate to the by-polls in Telangana region has exposed the fact that he has a secret pact with TRS, Nellore MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy said on here Saturday.

“YS Jagan has mortgaged the self-respect of Seemandhra people by having a `secret agreement’ that his party would not field its candidates in the bye-elections held in the Telangana region,” Vivekananda Reddy told reporters at the CLP office here.

The pact is that Ysr Congress would field its candidates only in the Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions and TRS chief KCR would field his candidates in the Telangana region in order to avoid further division of votes, he stated.

“How could Jangan come to a pact with KCR, who slammed Seemandhra people were responsible for looting of wealth from the Telangana region,” he wondered.

While YSR fought for keeping the state united during his tenure, his son Jagan was working against interests of Integrated State and has tied up with protagonists of Telangana, he said.

“Seemandhra would teach a fitting lesson to Jagan in the upcoming bye-elections for betraying the interests of United Andhra people,” Kamalapuram MLA Veerasiva Reddy said.
