Balayya breathes fire against Jagan.TDP Hindupuram MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has strongly criticized the YSRCP Government for the arrest of Nara Chandrababu Naidu, characterizing it as a vindictive move orchestrated by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Expressing his profound dismay at the unfolding events, Balakrishna has voiced allegations that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has shifted his focus away from public service and is instead fixated on settling scores with opposition leaders. Balakrishna further contends that Jagan Mohan Reddy's desire to see Naidu behind bars, even briefly, stems from a prior incarceration and argues that the charges against Naidu are unsubstantiated.

Balakrishna has vehemently challenged the validity of the corruption charges levied against Naidu in connection with the skill development corporation. He has demanded clarity from the government regarding the legal basis for Naidu's arrest, underscoring the absence of compelling evidence in the case. Furthermore, Balakrishna has pointed out the lack of progress in the case, highlighting that despite an FIR being filed on December 19, 2021, no chargesheet has been presented thus far.

Taking a dig at YS Jagan, Balakrishna cites instances where the Chief Minister faced unfavorable outcomes in court proceedings, particularly concerning the skill development scam. He references the court's dismissal of orders to freeze the accounts of the Design Tech company as evidence of this.

Additionally, Balakrishna underscores the High Court's acknowledgment that a significant number of students were trained, and thousands were gainfully employed through the skill development corporation. He questions the appropriateness of labeling such accomplishments as a "scam."

Ultimately, Balakrishna characterizes Chandrababu Naidu's arrest as a consequence of political machinations and reassures that there is no reason to fear such unlawful detentions. He asserts the TDP's commitment to pursuing legal recourse and vows to elucidate the alleged conspiracy to the public.
