Kartikeya2 backs off: gets a new date

Young hero Nikhil couple of days back burst out and expressed his frustration on how influential people are pressuring him to postpone his film Karthikeya 2 release numerous times. The film which was supposed to release in July got postponed to August and just ahead of its release on August 12, the makers are forced to postpone the film's release once again. 

The film will now be released on August 13, and not on August 12. Sharing the details, the makers posted "The Mystical Adventure #Karthikeya2 hits the big screens on August 13th". Karthikeya 2 is directed by Chandoo Mondeti and is generating immense interest as it is the sequel to the hit film Karthikeya. 

Anupama Parameswaran is the female lead while the film stars Anupam Kher, Aditya Menon, KS Sridhar, Srinivas Reddy, Satya, Praveen & Harsha Chemudu in important roles. Kaala Bhairava is the music director while the film is bankrolled on People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts.
