Allu Arjun has got a peculiar image developed on his own relative to other contemporary heroes. Currently, the excitement is high about Bunny’s latest outing in ‘Rudhramadevi’ because Gona Ganna Reddy has been an historical character whirled between Mahesh Babu, Junior NTR and Raviteja, finally landing in Bunny hands. As heard earlier, Allu Arjun does this 50 minutes role for free without taking any remuneration spending one month of time.

‘I am very excited to see myself as Gona Ganna Reddy because Gunasekhar’s sheer dedication will be put to test and ‘Rudhramadevi’ is first of its kind film ever experimented so big on Indian screen. If this film would have been released before ‘Bahubali,’ definitely audience would go to theaters with open mind but comparisons are ought to come now.

There is a strong reason behind me accepting this character. I draw inspiration from legends like NTR, ANR who used to value the roles of any length if they are impressed with characterization. Such was the attitude of great actors. We have lost that tendency in present times. I also love the approach of Nithya Menon who never cares about length and importance of her role. If she finds it exciting and challenging, Nithya goes for it. I am also influenced by Nithya Menon to catch Gona Ganna Reddy,’ as explained by Bunny.
