Not Mahesh Babu, He Is Kamal Hasan

The ‘Village Adoption’ concept well promoted by Mahesh Babu through ‘Srimanthudu’ has become a rage in political and celebrity circles. In fact, Mahesh implemented the spirit of film off the screen by announcing his decision to adopt two villages (one in AP and one in TS) thus becoming a role model for many film industry related personalities.

However, ‘Srimanthudu’ heroine Shruti Hasan is also contemplating on the idea of adopting a village in Tamil Nadu and she might announce the village name very soon. Nevertheless, Shruti Hasan openly admits that she is playing with this thought from so many years but unable to take a final decision. Coincidentally, the ‘Srimanthudu’ release and super hit verdict is making people to assume that Mahesh Babu would have inspired to Shruti to do so.

‘No, I am thinking of this so much of time even before ‘Srimanthudu’ project is accepted. I learn such ideas and try to implement with inspiration of my father Kamal Hasan. Any new initiatives I look forward will be discussed with my dad,’ Shruti Hasan says. It is always great to see heroines working on a social cause.
