When immense praises are piling up before Rajamouli and his ‘Bahubali’ team, an iota of criticism might also need to be highlighted. Well, Telugu critics and reviews have pointed the fingers on drawbacks which Rajamouli should have already anticipated but here comes cat eyed beauty Sneha Ullal, look alike of Aishwarya Rao who first heaped appreciations on ‘Bahubali’ for making Indian cinema proud has then highlighted a negative point in the film.
‘One thing I didn’t like in Baahubali is the culture to sacrifice an animal. Even if it’s just a movie, it shouldn't be presented to the public,’ Sneha Ullal expressed the opinion of a critic. You got it right. It’s the scene where Rana cuts the throat of an animal before whistling the beginning of war sequence. On the other side, Prabhas is against the animal slaughter and spills his own blood to please the Goddess.
To highlight the positives, one has to first magnify the negativity in thought. Rajamouli has done the same. Without showing the slaughter from Rana, the preaching of Prabhas could not have been effective. When these scenes are shot in CG and Censor Board clearing the same means, everything is fine. Anyways, that’s a good pick from Sneha Ullal.
