'CGR' Falls in Telangana Controversy

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's social message entertainer 'Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu' was released on 18th October. The central theme of  the movie was of political backdrop. Telangana activists felt that some of the scenes and the dialogues in the movie are against them and they started agitations across the Telangana area demanding the removal of those scenes which hurt them. 

Having understood the seriousness of the matter, the Nizam distributor of the movie, Dil Raju and the director of the movie Puri Jagannadh arranged a press meet and made it clear that they did not make the movie to hurt anybody's feelings. Dil Raju also said that they would show the movie to the leaders of TRS and JAC. If they suggest any cuts, the director would be ready to fulfill their demands. Meanwhile, the screenings of the movie was stopped in some of the theaters in Telangana due to the agitations.
