Should heroines be made scapegoats for flops. If a film turns out to be a hit, the credit goes to the hero, director, and producers. However, when the film turns out to be a flop, heroines are getting blamed for no fault, and this has been happening for many decades.

Though the film's result depends on the story, screenplay, direction, music, promotions, and release date, social media is making heroines the scapegoat. The question is whether the heroine alone is responsible for the film's flop result.

Filmmaking involves a lot of people, and the director plays a key role and in taking it to the minds of the people, hero, other cast and cre and technicians play a key role. However people forget everyone and blame the heroine for the flop or negative result.

Heroines are getting branded as unlucky mascot, iron leg etc. For the success of the film, one should have strong content, screenplay, story and promotions and it should be made as per the tastes of the people. Even if one element is weak it impacts the result of the film and experts feel that making heroines scapegoat for the negative result is not right.

At the same time, when the film turns out to be hit, heroines do not get the recognition and this exposes the hypocrisy and dual standards.
