Notably, there has been speculation about an AI-generated 'Silk Smitha' segment in the film's trailer. Regarding the purported court order halting the release, these claims initially circulated on social media and were also shared by trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan.

However, the producer of "Mark Antony," Vinod Kumar, took to social media to debunk these rumors. He emphatically stated that no such court order has been issued, and he intends to take legal action against any news outlet perpetuating this false information. As it stands, "Mark Antony" is still set to hit theaters on September 15 as scheduled.
