Bholaa Shankar On Netflix From This Date

Bholaa Shankar, one of the unforgettable films for Megastar Chiranjeevi and his fans is once again coming to re-instigate their disappointment. There are still fans who were hurt due to the colossal flop of Bholaa Shankar, writing open letters to Chiranjeevi to stop remakes. 

Megastar agreed to do this film more like an obligation. He knows Meher Ramesh very well as he is a relative and he took forward Chiranjeevi's Corona Crisis Charity during lockdown period and worked at the ground level in dangerous conditions to supply the groceries and medicines for the needy. So, Chiranjeevi decided to give him a project. Thats how Bholaa Shankar started.

But, after shooting some portions, Megastar put the project in back burner and moved to God Father and Waltair Veerayya. After Godfather became an average grosser. He took Waltair Veerayya as a prestigious project and delivered biggest blockbuster of the year in Tollywood. With the confidence Waltair Veerayya gave, Chiranjeevi restarted Bholaa Shankar thinking that they can pull off with commercial elements like Waltair Veerayya. But, Bholaa Shankar ended up as a dud. 

Now, Netflix who has acquired the streaming rights is planning to release the film on their platform from 15th September. Keerthy Suresh and Tamannaah played other key roles while Sushanth is seen in an extended special role. Anil Sunkara bankrolled the film.
