The festival is scheduled to take place from October 4th to 13th.'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' has earned its place in the festival's 'Open Cinema Section,' featuring a stellar cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi.

The film, which marked Karan Johar's return to the director's chair after a seven-year hiatus, enjoyed commercial success, surpassing the Rs 150 crore mark in India after its release on July 28, 2023.Expressing his excitement, Karan Johar took to Instagram to share the news along with the film's poster, stating, "Feeling absolutely blessed and grateful! #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani goes to @busanfilmfest!!! (sic)"'

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' tells the love story of Rocky Randhawa (Ranveer Singh), a Punjabi businessman, and Rani Chatterjee (Alia Bhatt), a Bengali journalist, who defy family objections and differences to fall in love. They decide to spend three months living with each other's families before tying the knot.
