The AP and Telangana governments have chosen dissimilar routes in containing novel coronavirus pandemic in respective states. Putting aside the relaxations recommended by the union government from April 20, the TS CM Kcr extended strict lockdown till May 7. The government resorts not to mitigate the severities of people's issues.
In a mere contrast, the AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy strategically let the entire state is divided into red, orange and green zones. All the relaxations advocated by the union government will be implemented in the green zone area that spreads over to 86% of the total area. On the other hand, strict lockdown will be continued upto May 3 in red zones
There's no marginal difference of corona positive cases and death toll between AP and Telangana states at the moment. TS reported 848 corona positive cases in which 651 active cases are being treated in isolation wards. The death toll clocks at 21.
In AP, the total number of corona positive cases stands at 647 in them 565 are active cases. A sum of 17 patients passed away.
And now, here is a sweet challenge between the two state governments. Which state gets succeeded in containing COVID - 19 effectively? Who will win the battle? Will it be TS government, which exhibits overrated reaction on the issue or else will it be AP government which turns too soft on people's lockdown woes?
BOTTOM-LINE: Every CM is a unique personality with contrasting attitudes such that their strategies are different. All said and done, every Telugu person hopes both the states would win the battle against horrendous coronavirus.
