After RRR, Acharya to Disappoint Fans

Nation-wide lockdown is showing its adverse effects on new projects of Tollywood. It's now turned inevitable almost all the big projects of Tollywood are delayed. Speculations were rife yesterday that India's biggest multi-starrer RRR, directed by Rajamouli, would get its release date deferred from January 8, 2021 to summer, 2021. 

And now, if the ongoing reports from tinsel town are to be believed, Megastar Chiranjeevi's highly anticipated film Acharya will also get its release date pushed from August 14 to Sankranthi. The film is more likely to replace RRR ensuring the release on January 8. However, an official confirmation from the makers is awaited. 

Acharya is being directed by Koratala Siva. Kajal Aggarwal is playing lead actress. Mega Power Star Ram Charan will be seen in a cameo role as a student leader. Senior top musician Manisharma is composing music. Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy are bankrolling the film jointly.
