Undavalli Arun Kumar Disturbed Mentally?

The Congress party's former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar is known for his intellectual skills. He can speak on political issues extemporaneous and it's highly difficult to win against his arguments in debates. 

However, having watched Undavalli's latest interview in a TV news channel, doubts were surfaced if Undavalli was mentally disturbed. 

Until some days ago, Undavalli would support AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. But then, his stand seems to have been changed now. He castigated YS Jagan's decision of three capitals. Further, Undavalli criticized Jagan on a few other issues.

On the other hand, Undavalli admitted he would support PM Narendra Modi. Yet again, he contradicted NPR and CAA. When asked about Janasena and BJP's bond, Undavalli said he wouldn't cast his vote to Janasena. 

In short, all of Undavalli's perplexing views were felt in such a way the former MP was mentally disturbed recently.
