Darbar: Expect The Unexpected

The advantage of a film carrying decent buzz is expectations will be quite low and potential content in the film will surely thrill audience when they go watch it in theaters. Likewise, superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar is having decent buzz in Telugu, because of heavy competition for the Sankranthi here.

Darbar completed its censor formalities and it received U/A certificate. The film’s runtime is revealed as 2 hours and 39 minutes which is a perfect length for a commercial film which begins the pongal race in Telugu. Good numbers of theaters are allotted for the film releasing tomorrow.

It is heard that, Darbar is not a typical commercial potboiler and it will have some unexpected twists and turns. Murugadoss who is a big fan of Rajinikanth is said to have included all the elements that fans expect in a superstar film. Rajini looks young in the promos, though they didn't use de-aging technology. A strict diet and best makeup is said to be the reason behind Rajini's youthful look.

Nayanthara played female lead, while Suneil Shetty will be seen in a negative role. Prateik Babbar, Yogi Babu and Sriman are the other prominent cast.
