Pic Talk: Mayabazar Magic Reiterated

Mayabazar, one of the classics in Indian cinema is a pride of Telugus. Directed by Kadiri Venkata Reddy, the epic fantasy film is still the favorite one for movie buffs. Director Nag Ashwin reiterated Mayabazar magic in his film Mahanati, biopic on great actress Savitri.

Keerthy Suresh’s look as Sasirekha in Mayabazar is unveiled. Though makers have released many pictures till date, the new one that showed Keerthy as Sarirekha is the best. Keerthy looks replica of Savitri and seems like they took special care to recreate the Mayabazar magic. The costumes, ornaments, makeup and set bring back our reminiscences with Mayabazar.

Director Nag Ashwin roped in goldsmith designers to design jewelry for Keerthy Suresh in the film. It’s not just for Savitri’s different roles in films; the Mahanati as we all know was fond of gold ornaments.
