No One Dares to Oppose Ilayaraja Padma Vibhushan

The BJP led union government was intensely lambasted for conferring Padma awards to some undeserved people in South India in previous years. A caste based person from Telugu states and a top star from Kollywood were alleged to have been given away the Padma Vibhushan awards for BJP's political gains.

Leaving a surprise and amusement to everyone, the government appeared to have maintained transparency in announcing Padma awards this year. Fortunately, there have been no undeserved people to receive Padma awards in Telugu states this year. 

On the other hand, great musician Maestro Ilayaraja has been adjudged Padma Vibhushan which made every movie lover cheered. According to everyone, Ilayaraja deserves to receive this great honour. In fact, he is the right fit to receive Bharat Ratna as well. 

Ilayaraja composed ever remembered melodious tunes in 1980s and 90s. Although, musicians like AR Rahman were internationally acclaimed, none could deliver such a big number of melodies which were composed by Ilayaraja.
