Niharika Gets A 'Red'!

There is a customary tradition in Tollywood that girls from celebrity families aren’t widely exposed to on screen appearances as the boys. We have seen sons and grandsons of top stars taking legacy of their respective families forward by gaining the much needed name and fame. Of course, the entry becomes tougher and there are very fewer chances for outsiders to survive in this industry. 

At the same time, females from these so called big families have to be confined for all those film related actives which happen behind the screen. Except rare cases of Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, may it be Supriya from Akkineni family or Manjula from Ghattamaneni family, there is nowhere we can see these babes/women excelling in acting department. 

For a change Konidela Niharika, daughter of Mega brother Naga Babu tried her luck in short films generating the interest on possibility of a big screen entry. However, she is restricted only to a popular dance show on TV channel. Latest buzz says, Niharika is hearing to new stories and scripts planning for an entry as heroine. All such news is denied by Mega camp clarifying them as baseless gossips. 

From very early days of Niharika’s arrival into glamour field, there was a strict NO from Mega family members on acting as heroine. Now, gossip mongers bottle packaging may be new but it’s the same old wine. When Mega camp is overflowing with surplus number of heroes from Chiranjeevi to Varun Tej… there is no need for Niharika to do anything special here.
