Kollywood luminary Vijay Sethupathi is reportedly in discussions to take on a negative role in the upcoming film starring Ram Charan, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Reports suggest that Vijay Sethupathi has quoted a fee of Rs 30 crores for this significant role, and negotiations are currently in progress. A source close to the project stated, "The director is keen on having Vijay Sethupathi for this well-crafted role, and discussions are ongoing. It's expected to be finalized soon."

The film, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, is ambitiously assembling a stellar cast, with Kannada superstar Shivaraj Kumar already confirming his involvement. The production house is leaving no stone unturned to create a cinematic masterpiece, and the collaboration between Buchi Babu and Vijay Sethupathi is fueled by their previous successful venture, 'Uppena.'

Ram Charan, gearing up for the film's shoot in approximately two months, is anticipated to dedicate substantial time to this sports-centric drama. As per the source, director Shankar is expected to wrap up his work on 'Game Changer' by the end of January, paving the way for the commencement of Charan's project.

Director Buchi Babu, having meticulously crafted the script and completed pre-production, is currently finalizing the casting choices. Despite uncertainties surrounding Charan's availability and schedule, the director is actively preparing for the film's production. The enthusiasm is palpable, with two songs from maestro A R Rahman already in hand. As the project gains momentum, Buchi Babu is eagerly awaiting the commencement of filming.
