Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana appreciated the spirit displayed by the people of Hyderabad after the Dilsukhnagar twin blast.
Addressing the day-long hunger strike and blood donation camp organised by Youth Congress workers at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday, Botsa said that some foreign enemies were trying to create a rift among Indians by carrying out terror strikes. However, he said that the citizens of Hyderabad have proved that the foreign powers would not succeed to cause a division among Indians. He enthralled the Congress workers to promote communal harmony and national integration.
Congress party's senior leaders including Ministers - Kondru Murali Mohan, Dr J Geetha Reddy, K Parthasarathy and DK Aruna, Government Whip Anil Kumar, MLC MS Prabhakar and others took part the programme led by AP Youth Congress president Vamsi Krishna.
