Former Government Advisor and Rajya Sabha member K V P Ramachandra Rao on Sunday stated that there was no threat to Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy Government.

Talking to media persons after meeting Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy at his Camp Office, Ramachandra Rao said that there was no threat to the Kiran Kumar Reddy Government due to the No Confidence Motion moved by the Telugu Desam Party in the assembly. He said that there were no political crisis in the State and the media has created a hype around the issue.

Sources say that with the Congress MLAs supporting Y S Jaganmohan Reddy not falling in line, the Congress High Command has roped in KVP to woo them back to the party fold. According to some reports, KVP would hold discussions with YSR Congress party MLAs and seek their support to defeat the No Trust Vote. 

Rajahmundry MP Undavalli Aruna Kumar also participated in the discussions with the Chief Minister.
