Court summons against Salman Khan

Court summons against Salman Khan. Salman Khan landed in trouble when Chandigarh High Court issued summons to him and his sister Alvira in Being Human fraud case.
The Court issued summons based on the complaint by Chandigarh based businessman Arun Gupta who has alleged that he was induced into opening a Being Human jewelry showroom in Manimajra on false assurances.
The court asked all the parties to file their responses to the allegations made and also directed them to appear before it on 5 October 2026. Arun Gupta alleged that he suffered losses after investing Rs 3crs to set up showroom after entering into an agreement with Style and Content Jewelry Pvt Ltd, the company licensed to market Being Human jewelry. He claimed that around Rs 1 crore was spent on developing the showroom alone and that he fully complied with the company's contractual requirements.
He said he was induced into making the investment by six people representing the company associating with them. The company earlier denied allegations that Salman Khan had no role in the agreement.
